Óscar Armando Gálvez is the Regional Coordinator of the Riecken Foundation. He is a professional in pedagogy and educational sciences with solid experience in training, facilitation and financial analysis. His experience as an educator lies in the design, implementation and evaluation of dynamic learning strategies, both in face-to-face and virtual contexts.
Óscar believes that community libraries are an important character in the development of resilient and empowered communities through education and social participation.
