He is the former President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dan serves on the board of directors of Biocon Limited (NSE: BIOCON), Castle Biosciences, Inc., Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and a number of private companies and philanthropic organizations.
