Erwin Barahona

Erwin has a degree in Pedagogy with an orientation in administration, and until recently he was a teacher at an educational center in Honduras. Throughout his professional career, he has cultivated a passion for education and community involvement. This has allowed him to develop solid skills in the field of planning, management and development based on the understanding of the multiculturalism of societies and respectful coexistence.

Erwin comments that “Community libraries are a source of primary knowledge; the libraries are places in which different characters converge allowing the development of diverse knowledge for the benefit of communities. At the same time, I firmly believe in the transformational role they play in providing educational, technological, and cultural resources.”
