Rocio Nickté-Ha Vallecido is a Regional Coordinator for the Riecken Foundation in the Honduras program.
Rocío is a psychologist with experience in community and social work. She joined Riecken Foundation in early 2020. Rocío considers that “libraries are that meeting place for people of all ages, regardless of whether they know how to read or not, in a rural context. Community libraries are engines of social integration and for change in isolated places, where all support is valuable.”
